Our 4-day Yoga and Meditation retreat begins each day with calming pranayama and yoga, and concludes with a soothing meditation session in the evening. Throughout the day, you can choose from various activities, such as visiting local historical sites, hiking to waterfalls, river rafting, participating in cooking or language workshops, or simply enjoying more yoga and relaxation. We tailor the activities to your preferences.
Accommodation is provided in a nearby hotel, just a short walk from the yoga center. Each day, you'll enjoy freshly cooked healthy vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the center, immersing yourself in a yogic lifestyle that fosters a deep connection with your inner self.
